Welcome to ClinicMaxx™, a service provided by Muhammad Zaid Khan, operating under ROAS King Agency. By using our site, services, and platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. Terms of Service


1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of ClinicMaxx’s websites, services, client portals, or digital assets, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

1.2 Description of Services

ClinicMaxx offers done-for-you marketing systems for aesthetic clinics across the U.S., including but not limited to:

✔ Meta & Google ad campaign management
✔ Landing page & VSL funnel setup

✔ CRM automations via GoHighLevel

✔ Lead nurture & manual follow-up systems

✔ Online Reputation Management (ORM)

✔ Client onboarding and reporting dashboards

We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. All services are subject to change and availability.

1.3 Client Eligibility

We reserve the right to work only with qualified clients. This includes aesthetic clinics with:

✔ Staff capacity to handle inbound leads

✔ Minimum 3 active services (e.g., injectables, laser, microneedling)

✔ A willingness to collaborate and follow onboarding protocols

We do not work with clinics expecting results without participation, unlicensed operators, or drop-shipping style resellers.

1.4 Payment Terms

All payments are collected upfront. Monthly service duration begins from the date of campaign launch, not from payment or onboarding.


Refunds are not issued, as strategic resources, reative work, and launch planning begin immediately post-signup.

1.5 Guarantee Terms

Our performance-based assurances (such as booked appointments/month) are discussed during the sales process, not offered as public claims. These are

conditional, and will only apply if all terms, assets, and collaboration requirements are fulfilled by the client.


2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data We Collect

When you engage with us (via website, landing pages, forms, email, or chat), we may collect:

✔ Full name, email address, phone number

✔ Clinic name, website, and service details

✔ Behavioral data (page visits, clicks, opt-ins)

✔ Conversation records for quality assurance.

We collect this to deliver services, improve performance, and communicate with you.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

✔ Contact you regarding demos, follow-ups, or onboarding

✔ Deliver advertising services on Meta/Google

✔Optimize lead generation funnels

✔ Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketers or irrelevant vendors.

2.3 Security & Storage

Your data is stored securely using encryption protocols and CRM protection layers (e.g., GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite).
Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel.


2.4 Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, Meta Pixel, and Google Tags to improve your experience, measure ad performance, and retarget visitors.

3. Intellectual Property

All landing pages, ad copy, video scripts, automation workflows, and campaign structures created by ClinicMaxx are the intellectual property of ClinicMaxx unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You may not resell, replicate, or redistribute any part of our proprietary systems without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

ClinicMaxx will not be liable for loss of revenue, reputation, or patient inquiries due to ad platform restrictions, client-side bottlenecks, CRM misuse, or failure to act on leads.

Note: We offer a system—not a guarantee of individual behavior or external platform stability.

5. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if:

✔ The client is uncooperative or abusive

✔ Payment terms are violated

✔ Misalignment is discovered after onboarding

Termination does not entitle the client to a refund unless agreed contractually.


6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the

State of Florida, United States, where ClinicMaxx operates its business entity.


FAQs

Q1: Do you offer refunds?

No. We begin work immediately upon onboarding. Resources are allocated, assets are built, and hours are invested—so refunds are not possible.

Q2: What happens if I don’t get results?

We don’t just run ads, we install systems. If your team follows the protocol, shows up to meetings, and executes recommendations, results follow. If not, we may offer optimization support but do not issue refunds.

Q3: Is my data safe with you?

Yes. We use GoHighLevel and Google Workspace systems with SSL security, 2FA, and role-based access. No data is sold or exposed.

Q4: Can I use the landing pages or campaigns you made for another agency?

No. All campaign assets remain the property of ClinicMaxx unless explicitly transferred.

Q5: Do you offer exclusivity in my area?

Yes. We work with only one clinic per city or major service area. This ensures no conflict of interest and better ROI. Once your area is taken, it’s locked.

Q6: Can I cancel anytime?

We operate on monthly or quarterly cycles. You may cancel with 7-day prior written notice before the next billing cycle. However, active month payments are non-refundable.

Q7: Will you set up my Google My Business or Trustpilot?

Yes. ORM setup is part of the onboarding package. We help populate profiles with realistic reviews and visibility improvements.
